Salon experience is very subjective and personal from one person to another. Initially, I was worried to go to this salon due to the negative reviews. However, I took a courage to go there because of Ashley's fine works. She's the one that makes me believe that this salon is not as bad as the reviews given. I had a great experience in this salon. I found Ashley from Jean-Paul Salon's website. We matched through "find your stylish". I started checking out her Instagram. I came across the pic of her client's hair. Exactly showing the layers technique she has. This was why I had the courage to go to Jean-Paul. I just got my haircut today with Ashley. She's really good at what she does. She knows what kind of haircut I want. I'm Asian and my hair is thick and coarse. Some stylish may not understand how to treat my hair. That's why I was hesistant at first. But, Ashley knows what I want and she cut my hair as I ask. She knows how to create high layers and using razors. Some stylish, again, may not know how to use razor. I am glad that she is knowledgeable. This salon is probably expensive to many, but you got quality out of it, at least for hair cut. I can't say anything about color/balayage/other things. But definitely get your haircut here. Also, if you are a kerastase fan, go to this salon to get the treatment. Hope this review helps other people who are just as nervous and hesistant to get a haircut like me out there.

Just wanted to share an amazing experience I had with David. He did an outstanding job and gave me the best haircut I have ever had in my life! He gave the attention to detail that men going to a salon are really looking for. If I could rate him 6 stars out of 5, I would have. This man deserves a raise!!
