Great place! No complaints whatsoever. Most places I don't get exactly what I ask for or my cut is kind of close but not entirely there. Not this place. I went to the one in Colonie and highly recommended everyone request Olivia. You won't regret it.

I used the online check in and it said 13 minutes. I live seven minutes from sports clips. When I got into the store it said I had a 27 minute wait. The haircuts are good, but They need to do something about that online check in to get five stars

Great customer service but they need more experienced barbers. Asked for a low tape up hair cut but got what could only be described as high tape up or low fade, plus some areas weren't blended properly. The customer service was great, will give this place one more try, based on that will change this review or stop going to this place. Went back to this place again to get a tape up haircut and got what could be described as a monstrosity. The barber/stylist had no idea what she was doing even though I showed a picture. The worse haircut I've ever gotten. Another barber/stylist came over and tried to salvage what was left of my hair. She was nice and apologetic and didn't charge me. I was recommended to a barber/stylist who wasn't there for next time basically admitting none of them can give the tape up haircut properly, there were three barbers/stylists there at the time. Don't go here if you want a real man's haircut like fade or tape up, they will mess it up! If you want your average joe haircut than this is the place for you. I will give them one more chance to prove me wrong, that will be the last chance I give this place.
