I am frankly puzzled by the mediocre reviews this practice has garnered over the years. After 3 visits with Dr. Lam, I can see him as nothing but an extremedy professional, first-rate physician. The complaints in certain reviews are all persuasively contradicted, even the one that felt there were too many stairs to climb to the office level. though complaints about climbing stairs are a bit extreme. Did they not see the adjacent electric rail chair? This is a hard-working, busy, and extremely competent medical office. Make no mistake, they treat patients with care and skill. You can rely on that.

Dr. Ginsberg diagnosed my toe pain as an ingrown toenail. He said, "I promise you'll never have the pain again." And then he did mini-surgery, as I was sitting in the chair (surprise! first a numbing shot, then a scalpel), so I didn't have time to get nervous. He wrapped up my toe, said to keep the bandage on for a few days, use an anti-bacterial cream when it came off, and I would be pain-free. He was right on all counts. Not only pain relief and promise kept, it was truly pleasant talking with him. I recommend this practice (and thanks, Dr. Ginsberg!)

I was so nervous going in to my appointment with Dr Ginsburg today. He walked in and asked me how I was and I told him scared to death. I had a sore under my toe and I thought I was going to lose my toe. He immediately made me feel comfortable. He talked to me the whole time. He never made me feel like my feet were disgusting. He took care of the sore and trimmed my nails. I am so glad I went to this practice. The receptionists were great. The nurse was awesome and Dr Ginsburg I can’t say enough good about him. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable.

Typically, burning or tingling sensations are caused by either a nerve injury due to compression from shoes or bone spurs, or a nerve entrapment syndrome. A good foot exam by a podiatrist can usually determine the cause, and treatment can be started, if necessary.
