Under special circumstances, like an injured stray, they may waive their fees. (They accept donations for this fund) Their rates are probably more than a regular vet but they are available for emergencies when your regular vet may not be. I took my cat there when he had a slash that needed stitches. They examined him then came out to go over the choices I had and gave me an estimate for the best case and worst case. They were wonderful and my baby has fully recovered. ♥️
