Why does this facility have bed bugs and uncleaned rooms but will not return the calls of those who complain?

This is so completely different from my recent experience that I have to wonder if you might not have the right hotel.

I agree with Scott, our room was clean and the staff was very understanding and accommodating.

I've only stayed there once (a couple of months ago) and it was only for one night so maybe I just got lucky, but I was really surprised when I saw what you said because the room I stayed in was very clean (definitely no bed bugs either) and everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional.
