We stayed on July 8-9th.2022 It was very noisy, there was a loud rumble coming from the ceiling area in the bathroom, and the A/C made it to where we had to crank up the TV volume. There is no indoor access to the top floor where our room was, so we had to walk up the stairs outside in the rain. I was told that there would be breakfast but when I went down there were two very melted granola bars that looked like they were stepped on, and a coffee urn.

This was the worse experience I’ve ever had in my life with any hotel. A matter of fact I’ve never had an issue at a hotel and I stay a lot for work. We had 4 rooms reserved and she said we only had 3 and charged us for 4 and once we showed her the reservation she said sorry we only show 3.I tried to explain it to her and she said you need to shut up and listen. I said no you charged us for 2 I paid for 1 and she paid for another that’s 4 rooms she got upset at us as we only had 3 rooms . We called hotels.com and they called and she said we didn’t deserve a refund because it’s not her fault than she called said she was wrong and charged us for 4 rooms. She was rude. As we were outside kids said bugs were in the room and another woman said her stunk and had bugs and also took pictures of them do not stay here it’s absolutely gross. Cigarettes burns in comforter and stains everywhere.

The lady at the front desk was so rude. We had 4 rooms booked, we got there and she only had us 3.. after 45 minutes we went up to the rooms and there were bugs and cigarette burns in the sheets. We went and ask for a refund and she said no . So we will be disputing the charges...

We walked in asking for a room for 3 adults and a small dog. We were quoted $99.99 plus tax. Which came to $112.99. We were given a receipt. When we flipped it over it reads daily stay $112.99...but at the bottom the credit card authorization was for $132.99. Later that night at 10pm there was another charge for $10 more dollars. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom fan was very loud. There was only 2 towels for the shower and no hand towel. The sink is outside the bathroom but only 1 bar of soap to share between the sink and the tub. The hallways and parking lot extremely loud and busy all hours of the night. We will not stay here again.
