The good: The decor of the hotel was quite pretty. The pancakes at breakfast were the best of any other Holiday Inn we stayed at on this trip. The breakfast staff was very attentive with such a large crowd of people. The queen size beds were comfortable. The shower was nice and hot. The room seemed clean except for the crumbs on the sofa bed. We were able to have late checkout. The bad: There was no bedding for the sofa bed in the room. The pullout also had crumbs on it. I came down to get the missing bedding and was given a bag with the bedding in it but when I got back to the room it only had a pillow, two pillow cases, and two top sheets. No blanket or fitted sheet. I went back down to get the rest of the bedding needed and it took almost an hour since only one lady was on staff and so many people needed help. The sofa bed was springy and least comfortable of all the ones my son slept on this trip. The sink faucet was loose and moved around. The tub floor didn't feel stable. It sunk down when stepped on and my little girl was too scared to stand in it for a shower. There are no USB charging areas in the room. It would be nice to have a sink outside of the bathroom and more table tops in the room.

Nice place, beds were very comfortable, rooms, lobby and hotel in general was clean and well kept. Breakfast had a good selection to choose from. Stayed 2 days due to weather and riding motorcycles through area. Longhorn steak restaurant in parking lot also made dinner selection easy.

Overall, this was a great stay. The room and amenities were nice. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. I was a little disappointed with the complimentary breakfast, mainly because regular coffee was not ready when I went through the lobby. I did not have time to wait for more, but otherwise things were great. Coffee was at least included in the room (k-cups), so at least I was not coffee-less.

Stayed here 4 nights on back-to-back weekends. Great hideout style hotel. Had plenty of space to work on my display trailer. Really enjoyed the room upgrade as well. Breakfast was decent and front desk staff was accommodating. Tim is the best though. (king suite w/extra floor space pictures)
