Lock on door did not work easily. Could not locate the ice machine. Universal accessibility was poorly designed. The bathroom was spacious for persons with disabilities, but the room was very tiny and getting to the bathroom was not spacious even for persons with no disabilities. Lighting was poor. The room was dark. One fluorescent light was flickering. The other overhead light was out. Furniture was worn and dated. Stains on carpet and furniture. Breakfast was cheap and limited due to poor inventory. Drinks were watered down. No ice available. Beds were full not queens. Air conditioning blew right onto bed but room was hot for sleep. Outside lights were bothersome even with blackout curtains. .

It shows a nice photo of a beautiful pool and pool house. There are signs posted everywhere that due to staffing shortages there is no housekeeping services, unless requested. The pool is closed due to staffing shortages. The non smoking room smells of smoke. The tub is filthy. Unfortunately, I am not financially in a position to pay for another hotel....otherwise I would leave.

Positive: The staff!! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and quiet and the breakfast is very good. I will definitely be staying here again! Negative: The pool was closed (it's an outside pool) and tiny, and the fitness center was closed. Also, I would have loved more yogurt or fruit or oatmeal at breakfast.

Positive: Pet availability, easy access to expressway, plenty of parking, plenty of places to eat, and we liked the staff Negative: Pet Available Hotels normally have one thing in common (or should), as a concerned pet lover. The hardwood concept offers cleanliness for when Accidents Happen. Anything from potty, water sloppy, or food scatter a hardwood floor is best, not a carpet one.
