First let's talk about the security guard.. very antisocial, his silence gave me anxiety. He was rude without saying a word. Going in this office, you feel like you've went back in time. Why? They are operating like it's august of 2020.. Covid is not running our lives anymore. Someone needs to inform them of that.

I have been there twice. People there are nice and polite. The waiting line wasn't long. I'm glad I spent 30 minutes driving there instead of going to another SSA office that is closer to where I live.

I had no idea what to expect with the previous reviews. I dealt with Aaron. He was very professional, nice and efficient, the whole process took 10 minutes and I got my Social security number within a week. Thank you for your Help.

I was in this office last week to report a form I printed from my Social security online account saying they are processing a claim on my name wish I never ask for, I still have the form, she looked at my account & said there is no information as such & nothing is on my account, I was really disappointed, already my credit report is already affected because of this, I don't know if I summit all my paperwork again will fixed the problem on my credit report

When I changed my name I needed my marriage license, ID, and my current social security card.

I have not gotten my Medicare card why and where do I need to go or do
I need to change my address
My sister changed her name after her divorce through a court judge. She did need a couple witnesses to confirm she wasn't hiding from a debt collector or anything.
You can ask for a office visit
No, not for rockhill location. I visited there last week directly
No I didn't get any appointment but I'm still waiting
Yes, i went for my app last week Thursday
Call the regular SSA number, and request one. Local offices are closed for walk ins and give phone appointments first.
Honestly I'm not sure. I would try calling them and if it's something urgent they might make an exception. But they've been doing everything over the phone/online since the beginning of the pandemic.
You can make appointments online for most services... They will schedule a date/time for your appointment, calling within an HR window of the appointment time (just in case an appointment prior to yours with another individual runs "over". Best of luck!
The social security administration is currently not seeing anybody inside the building. You can only call the 800 number that goes to that office. Hopefully you'll get somebody to answer the phone within 20 minutes
I don't think it would matter. Someone comes by daily to check the mail.
Call them and they will tell you what form to fill up and where to send it
It was not open for walk-ins a week ago.
Yes but I was told it is only checked first thing in morning. If you drop off during business day, they'll grab it the next business day morning
Go to SSA fill out form, that's on the table and wait till your number is call
Birth certificate social security cards proof of address photo ID

Where do I find the answers to the above questions?
Each household has a max amount of income they can make before it messes with your ssi and Medicaid. Check with both places so see how much that is. Hope this helps some
Don't quote me on this but with certain disabilities you can work but only for so many hours. Also it depends on what type of work you're doing
Birth certificate, driver's license or photo Id. And they should give you a paper to fill out
Yes
About 30ish... not enough though. There were people standing when I went.
Yes
