We live in this area and had to use this hotel because of home renovations and it is SO clean. I am incredibly picky about hotel cleanliness because we have 5 children and it just makes me feel better knowing they aren’t playing in a room that is filthy or just tidy, but actually clean. I appreciate that so much. You would think that with rooms as big as the ones here, some things might go overlooked, but every single area was clean. You can trust me to leave an honest hotel review. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Also, the pool is so refreshing and clean as well!

It was a charming place to stay with amenities you don't usually find (there was a fire pit and outdoor grills for the guests to use). We would absolutely seek this place out again.

Just wanted to leave a 2nd review because we feel it is very well worth it. This hotel and their employees at this hotel has been the best experience at any hotel we've ever been too. The employees are all so extremely nice and they will go above and beyond to take care of you and make you feel at home. They will treat you like family and they will make sure you have the best stay possible they are so friendly and kind and they will go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience with your stay 10 out of 10 recommend this hotel 100% james and Norma are so good of managers and they will make sure you are 100% satisfied all employees are so well deserved for credit as well. The breakfast is always amazing the fire pit is so relaxing and the rooms are so clean. Best hotel in Cleveland and best employees you could ever ask for as well

STAY HERE!!! Worth every penny!!! This hotel is clean. Great location. Close to food, shopping and the freeway. Secure and well lit parking. Quiet Walls, never hear the other room. Black out curtains that actually close. Room service is wonderful. Breakfast is delicious and always warm. Great coffee and tea bar! And the cookies… every night with the warm fresh cookies!! Nice grill to make food on, and all the utensils and seasonings you could ask for. The fire pit was my favorite place, only needs a charging port so I can sit by it all night! But really it’s the people that work here that make this place worth it! James, Samantha, Michael and Matthew are over the top nice and go out of there way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. James makes you feel like family because he truly cares, whatever you need he makes happen! ALL the people that work here are wonderful and keep this place warm, clean and is literally a home away from home. I’ll stay here every time I come to Cleveland! Thank you TownePlace Suites, I’ll be back!
