Overall we had a good stay. The room was clean upon arrival. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Beds are comfortable, pool appears clean, and breakfast is provided. My only complaint would be that there were some updates needing to be made. The bathroom door in our room was damaged and the bathroom overall needed to be updated. We were in town for a wedding and I do not regret staying here.

This hotel was advertised as recently renovated. Translated to carpet ripped out and wood vinyl tile replaced carpet flooring. Painted, new mattresses and nothing else completed on renovation including the rough patch of the two huge holes in the wall. The floor was dirty, fixtures were dusty and rusty. Sheets appeared to be clean although wrinkly with no extra pillows.

I rented a room for a week at the Cleveland, TN location. The rates were reasonable and the location was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. It's a very short walk from the hotel to a pretty large shopping center with some great stores and restaurants. If you need a place to stay in Cleveland, I can't recommend this place enough!

Don't waste your money. The lady at the front desk was the only positive thing about our stay. We stayed there 3 years ago and it was very very nice. It has gone downhill!!! Won't stay there again. We're trying to find someplace to stay on our way back from our trip and we're avoiding that area altogether. Can't find a different Choice hotel we feel safe enough to stay at in that town. Looking into losing our existing points and going to a different chain of hotels, Choice has really changed for the negative!!!! Sad, we stayed a lot with them in the past but $82 for that dump we may as well set that money on fire.
