Comprehensive, non-emergency physical examinations and husbandry consultations for small exotic mammals are currently $82. Medications/treatments are not included. All treatment options are discussed. You can schedule an appointment online or by calling the office. Hope your little one feels better!
Both SEAVS and Pender offer small exotic exams for just under a $100. Medicines are extra and usually under $50, however, if you love your pet you shouldn't hold off going because they'll only get worse and it will cost more money and heartache. I use Greg Costanzo at SEAV, smart guy and Dr Carroll at Pender. Good luck. Hope it's nothing serious
I'm not Stahl. Before making the appointment, I suggest that you call these exotic vets ... and ask for cost estimates or other payments plans and tell them your concerns. For this, I would ask both Pender Exotics in Fairfax, and ask for Stahl (that is aka as Seaves). And..If you get nowhere with either place, I suggest that you call, make an appointment at the place you select and tell them about your cost concerns --- as soon as the first person such as a vet care tech or vet enters the room. Wait to go into the room and wait for the first tech or care provider to arrive in the.Do your best to stay calm and share your concern for the animal and cost concerns. I would definitely not tell them about payments concerns, after the care is given as, this will make them upset and less likely to want to help you now or in the future. Hope this helps. I think one of these places can help you.
