After having personal training( was awesome btw) I had a bad experience with them call me and give me a price renew and add new PT sessions and give me all the details over the phone. Went there to sign it and they increased the price by more than 30%. And said what they shared with me was a mistake and that price was only valid for the first time you register for a session. +30% increase from the price they told me over the phone and they said( agreement is ready for you to sign) I went there and spoke with the area manager and did not give me same deal unless I register for 6 month of PT! I used to love Xsport and my family all going there now I am waiting for my 2 year to end and I won't renew

First of all, expect to see some generic response form the owner below--they don't really care about the reviews or improving. The cancellation policy is about as shady as it gets--it even stands out among the usual infuriating policies of other gyms. They say you can cancel in person, but me and around 10 other people I know have been told that there is an issue with the electronic system and to "call corporate", who then proceed to keep you on hold for 2 hours and then tell you to go back to your local gym for assistance. Apparently the only "surefire" way to cancel your account is to mail them a handwritten letter. Besides the fact that they have seemed to have forgotten that we are in the 21st century, I really do not trust XSport to process my request. Based on my experiences with them, they will probably reject your cancellation request because you didn't use a specific type of pen, or because the letter was delivered by the US postal system instead of a pigeon. This has at least motivated me to read contracts before signing them. Seriously, if you don't want to be put through some Olympic-level hurdles to cancel you're account please do not join XSport Fitness. I wish I could give zero, or even negative stars.

Equipment is broken all the time, not horrible for a $10/month membership. The ropes for cable machines are usually super frayed, but the place is clean and sanitary.

Wasn't to packed, plenty of available equipment. Good experience.
