No. Not sure of the exact cost. But it's over $5.00 . There are places you can park for free, but then you need to walk through the trails to get to the beach. It's not too long less than a mile for sure. Probably closer to a quarter mile maybe a half... and its through a wooded area to it's cool with lots of shade.
You enter for free If you have a Handicap permit.
Its been 7 months since being there but yes an entrance fee.
