It would be difficult because the sand is no wet and compacted... but it is possible because there is hard grassy areas all around the sand leading down there. Getting over the sand banks to the actual beach though would be a whole another story . I hope this helped !

There are boardwalks near the lighthouse that will take you close, but gettig any further would be extremely difficult.
