This place sucks my water is shut off 4-5 times a month for hrssssss at a time I pay a lot of money to be here also ppl steal and break in to ur mail box also the pool is not Properly maintained They put chlorine tablets in the fountain lol

Are you talking about The Enclave MLK Jr and 94th Avenue? I don't think you are I think you're talking about The Enclave in south Saint Pete! There is a total of 17 buildings in this complex, so far this year they have only turned off the water twice because there's something going on in the whole complex and and a building if someone is remodeling their bathroom the whole building gets their water turned off! Duh!!!!

I mean the water part does suck but the hoa isn't that much!
