Let me provide a more in depth answer, more helpful and true. As a Realtor, I can tell you the reason why...And it's not because they're small, because we have nice size large two bedrooms two baths...it's because it's a 55 & up community so you basically have a much smaller pool of buyers that qualify in order to purchase that's why. AND, THEN throw in the fact that this is a very large property, with, I don't know 800 units in it, (we have approximately 10 buildings with 10 floors) so there are many units within our beautiful Sea Towers community so just due to the sheer size number of available units, with a very small pool of available buyers. And sadly because this is an older clientele, when they pass away a lot of the time the family cannot keep the property because they are not 55 so they are forced to sell so that's why there's the availability. If this was not a 55 & up there would not be many units available, families would keep them I'm quite sure. Best value in town!
