I lived at Vantage Pointe for 2 years and had a great experience. The maintenance team are super friendly and quick to help, the office staff is always friendly and helpful, they go the extra mile for you. I really have nothing negative to say about this apartment complex, I'm only moving out because our family is expanding and we need a bigger space.

I've been renting apartments for decades in Florida and in other states. This is the most I've had to pay per square foot and the most rundown and poorly managed. Make sure you look at the actual unit you are renting before paying them the $800 deposit. Your condo will look nothing like the model. Expect for appliances to start breaking as soon as you move in. You can leave messages and emails with the condo managers and never hear back. It takes weeks to get things repaired. Expect roaches. It's such a shame, because this is a quiet community in a good location.

I personally never hear my neighbors between walls. I occasionally hear someone talking as they walk by my door but that's it. The process didn't take too long for me. I gave them what they needed and within days I was able to sign. Been here 3 years and just signed another year lease!
