It's a nice place it has all the bells and whistles the ceilings/floors are a tad thin you can hear the people upstairs walking around clearly that's why the four In stead of five stars .

The grounds are well maintained and nicely manicured. The pools is always clean, too. Do not buy on the 1st floor as you will hear everything! I would not have purchased, had I known!

Some of these condo are privately owned and payed for by the owner but you can go to a rental agency in Tampa

This place sucks my water is shut off 4-5 times a month for hrssssss at a time I pay a lot of money to be here also ppl steal and break in to ur mail box also the pool is not Properly maintained They put chlorine tablets in the fountain lol

Are you talking about The Enclave MLK Jr and 94th Avenue? I don't think you are I think you're talking about The Enclave in south Saint Pete! There is a total of 17 buildings in this complex, so far this year they have only turned off the water twice because there's something going on in the whole complex and and a building if someone is remodeling their bathroom the whole building gets their water turned off! Duh!!!!
