Every said on top is right they dont know how to train personal and the use you and they said that you don't follow directions one day they tell you something and then came another person telling you that is not right they need to put one person that know everything on the office to train the way they like
I'm not sure who the 1st Google user is speaking of, but I've been going there for years. When I 1st started going, I couldn't stand the office staff as well, but I ❤️ my Dr & stayed. It seemed like the staff had their favorites/had major mood swings and/or they where upset about something (work related or in their personal lives) they would have an attitude with the patients. That's the main reason why I didn't like going to the Lakeland office. But, this past March I had no choice but to go to the Lakeland office. I saw Mrs. Tolley a nurse. I was quite surprise with the friendliness of the office staff and the knowledge Mrs. Tolley had. In Winter Haven, they currently have a girl, Destiny, that goes above & beyond expectations. Plus, she actually listens to us -- the patients. Oh they have a hairstylist, who cuts both men & women's hair extremely well. Plus blow-dries the hair quickly!!! She has 30+ yrs experience -- Raquel. I highly recommend Reliance Medical Center
I've been going there for many years and I have never had any problems with any of the staff. they have always been kind and courteous and even have gone out of their way to help me
