Long line ups at the front desk but our kids loved the pools, play area, arcade etc.

I would not stay there again. Our room was dirty, not enough parking, and over priced. We frequently go to Wisconsin Dells. Rooms are more affordable and better water parks.

It's okay. The park n other things are great but the rooms are not the best I would get a different hotel to sleep in

When we arrived there were two people working the desk and a line of about 30 people in front of us. We got to our room and it was completely disgusting! The room was filthy, no hot water and the bathroom sink dripped steady all night. Door stop was broken. And there was little to no parking. We asked to switch rooms, got a new one that was more acceptable, and asked to have the rate reduced. It wasn't. They have no breakfast in the morning and the drink chips they give you are buy one get one free, however the price of a vanilla coffee is $5.00. That's more than Caribou or Starbucks. This place was disgusting and I would NEVER return!

We like it. We are going back again in the winter

Billy Reid | Apr 29, 2018

We don't thanks to the sarcasm of the front desk the one and only time we were there in Sep 2017. Don't intend to return.

We only used the water park & the lifeguard staff was like a group of nazis. We kept getting told no to this & no to that. I guess they want you to stand in the water & smile. Nothing else allowed. We will never go back.

I wouldn't say I loved it. Room wasn't anything special. We just used the outdoor hot tub, that was nice and had a good view. Don't eat the at the breakfast buffet though, just don't do it. Water park looked nice but we didn't go in it. Staff was nice, but when I called the front desk because the refrigerator wasn't working I had to call twice and no one ever came. I figured out the problem on my own, only one of the two sockets worked so I just unplugged something else. Basically, if you NEED a water park right in Duluth it's just ok.

I don't have children and wanted a room for my my partner, dog and I. They had no problem placing us away from the main water park. Nice parking lot for us to leave our dog in the lot while we strolled Lake walk. We also passed on our water park Perks to our friends in town!!! Great model for what fits Duluth!!!
