Don’t get me wrong, the waterpark is very nice! It has warm waters and it is clean. The hotel room is where the problem was. The curtains had holes with stains. The couch had stains on it. The baseboard carpet was falling off in many spots. The bedding looked unclean especially on the kids bunk beds. I would come back to do the water park but I will never stay in this hotel again.

This a good good hotel if you don't want a complete dump but also don't want too nice. The hotel rooms ok, they need to be cleaned better as there were spider webs in the corners and the ceiling in the bathroom had mildew drops hanging from it. If you get a room with a balcony on the lake side you do get a great view and place to hang out with a little noise from the interstate but not too bad. The hotel is very easy to get to and decent parking. The shower was good in the room also was hot and had good pressure. I would stay here again as a back up if other places were full, for the price you can pay alittle more and be down in canal park.

Did just the water park. The hotel does need an upgrade but it is clean. Tickets are reasonable and there is showers in the locker room. Water in the tube slide is cool because it runs outside in the winter. Much more comfortable in the spring and summer. Rest of the water is warm and good for soaking. My only complaint is that it is dark in there. I wish there could be more lighting to brighten it up and make it feel like the sun is there. Plenty of guards and seating. Lots of fun play for ages 0 to 13.

No coffee?! The rooms were pretty bad. Our toilet base had a leak that would leak all over our bathroom floor after a couple hours, our shower didn’t drain, the shampoo they gave us (for a family of 4) was so tiny it didn’t even last a single shower. The waterpark was open off hours (we stayed Thursday to Sunday and the waterpark was closed most of the day on Friday). I will say the lifeguards were really on top of things in the water park (and the only reason for 2 stars instead of 1). My biggest complaint though— why did you take the coffee makers out of the room? Do you know how annoying it is to have to get two small children up, dressed and carry them two floors away, pay way too much (it was like $11 for a coffee and a latte) for coffee? The person at the coffee shop was just generally unhappy (eye rolling, sighing loudly when I asked a question). We ended up walking across the parking lot to the Holiday gas station for coffee for the rest of the trip. A really poor choice on ways to cheap out on what I assume is your primary client base of moms and dads. No coffee… couldn’t believe it.

We didn't have any problems the 2 times we've been there.

They told us that they offer discount offers for military all year long. As they always should. Thank you for your service.
Long line ups at the front desk but our kids loved the pools, play area, arcade etc.
