Rooms were clean and the hotel was very nice. Location is fine, just a quick drive across the lift bridge to canal park. Breakfast was so-so; just a typical hotel breakfast. Good for a grab-and-go bite to eat.

Service was good, room was clean and the location is very pretty. However, like most hotels, the pillows are terrible. Now I have a sore neck Bring your own pillows on your trip. 0 complaints besides that

A beautiful place to stay! It was so cool to stay on park point, the view of the lift bridge from our room was great. I have previously stayed in canal park but will stay at this place moving forward since it was more low key and in my opinion nicer rooms. The staff is fantastic - I accidentally left something behind in my room and gave them a call to discuss the situation. The person in charge of house keeping found my item shortly after and the manager at the front desk set everything up to ship my item back to me! I am really impressed and will be sure to stay again when I return to Duluth. Highly recommend.

It was lovely staying at this hotel. The room was clean. The staff was kind. It was just outside of the busy part of town. Close enough to get to places but far enough away to sleep in peace.
