If I'm the only person recieving assistance in my house hold do I still need to list the other peaple I live with in the eligibility review form?

Depends on the services u are applying for. Sometimes it helps u if the others dont have an income. But u can always say that u eat separately if they already recieve snap

Yes! U R required to reveal all person's in the house. As well as providing their own info on how & what they are receiving or contributing to the house hold & or if all parties R sharing the benefits or if they are all individually separate from your own case profile...
