My wife and I tested positive for Covid and had a rapid progression of very uncomfortable symptoms. Called Lake Lucille Urgent Care and were scheduled for an appointment with Brittany. She was amazing! Although we were nervous she immediately put us at ease. She was kind, thorough, extremely competent and a great sense of humor. She provided us with medication that made a huge difference. Two days later we are 100% better. What a difference Lake Lucille Urgent Care made in our lives in just a couple of days. Thank you Brittany!

One star because I had to. This office is living in the covid-19 dark ages. The front door is locked with a sign indicating you must call to be screened for covid before letting you in. Not a problem. So I called. But they don’t answer the phone! The receptionist claimed she was the only one working and was answering the phone and had a room full of patients (1 male was seated and waiting) AND I didn’t see her answer the phone once while I was standing at the door, on hold and looking at her for at least 10 minutes. My mother was already inside getting quite the run around and was eventually refused service claiming mom yelled at her…NOT!!!! As mom left, I remained outside holding the door open to ask why they weren’t answering the phone. She aggressively charged out from behind the desk and got less than 24” of my face (unmasked) and angrily and rudely demanded I close the door and told me I hadn’t been screened. I said no one was answering the phone. I then challenged her excessive concern/fear of covid and asked why she was in my face without a mask if covid screening was required!!! She said it was because I was holding the door open (smh). This service is nearly the same as was NOT received 2 yrs ago when we brought my 81 year old sickly cousin in. They refused service!!!! WHAT?!?!?!? We went to Matsu ER and learned she had advance cancer hence feeling sickly. Lake Lucille Urgent Care FAILED spectacularly both times!!! We will NEVER attempt to enter that facility again! No one had covid or symptoms today or 2 years ago. If they have such GREAT concern for covid, why doesn’t staff wear masks like other medical offices? RUDE! UNPROFESSIONAL!! AGGRESSIVELY CONFRONTATIONAL!!!! I have NEVER had such (non)service in ANY situation in my life as this…let alone TWICE at the same place. Lake Lucille Urgent is NOT recommended!

Oh my gosh! A doctor and clinic that make things easy and efficient via telemedicine! Dr Lou Packer was up to date on the latest Covid treatment and knew right away about any drug interactions. Friendly too! Been there, done that expirenced kind of Dr- just what I needed rather than my normal primary care provider that refuses to do telemedicine, wants to schedule me weeks out, starts looking at her watch after 30 seconds, and treats me like a hypochondriac.

The doc was very rude to me when I was in. And now has been 5 days and can't get my meds. Left plenty of messages. I won't be going back after this.

The last 3 times I have gone there I call before I leave my house. It takes them around 20 minutes to answer. They are busy and understaffed.
Hello, Did you get a code # for the patient login when you registered? If not, you can leave a msg on the medical assistants line, even after hours, and they'll get back with you. Even easier if you inputted an email address when you registered.
