Would give 0 stars if possible. Everything was fine until move out and they overcharged me for things I did not break or damage.

I would like to start off by saying I lived in this community a long time ago and I enjoyed my stay! But in the recent years it has declined marginally and the current management is not only unprofessional but has no regard for the time or wellbeing of their prospective tenants. Impossible to get a hold of and they don't put any really consideration or effort into learning how to use their technology; instead they stop communicating all together. You maybe get a half hearted or generic response from them every 2 or 3 days that doesn't answer or consider past dialogue. Even when you provide them with the information they ask for, they don't acknowledge it. If they aren't interested in you as a tenant they should just say so instead of playing games with your time and money. Remember you pay them for this service! Abhoric, won't be revisiting this once lovely community.

Screw the 5 stars random people put that balance out these apartments reviews. If I could give this place Zero stars I definitely would. It is extremely highly difficult to get in contact with management and it takes multiple emails and calls in order for someone to reply back! You can hear absolutely everything because the walls are thin and you are lucky if your neighbors are considerate during quiet hours. There was mold built up around the window and they simply told us it was just mildew! Don’t waste your time with these apartments.
