The ONLY method I've discovered that works is to physically go to the office and wait until you see a counselor. Make sure to take all required information and any paperwork you've received from them. Don't leave until you've been given paperwork showing your date of Eligibility, amount, and date of deposit. Hope this helps! Regards, Shelly Graham
Thats almost like a hit ir miss with them. You should hear back within the next gew days and if not if your abke i would go into the office, i know going jn in person can be tjme consuming but at least you might get it taken care if on the spot. Good luck.
Nothing is late, FS, Medicaid or Cash assistance until the 10th of the month. If it's not there by end of day the 10th then go to the office and do a face to face with a worker.
Case managers normally do their call backs at the end of the day, after 4:00 p.m. But normally they just send a letter and expect you to check on the card. If it's your 1st time applying, you will have to wait for the card to come in the mail to use the snap funds
