Medicaid can be applied for online at healthcare.gov and the myalaska website. There's a PDF Snap application that can be emailed to hss.dpa.offices@alaska on the alaska dhss website.
Apply medicaid online, but for SNAP, you have to drop off, email, or fax the application to DPA. I recommend to both methods: Fax and email. The application or any paperwork could be lost after drop off at outside drop box on University Center mall office.
