I have lived here for over 4 years I think they have some 50 Amp the rent just went up it like $490.00 and they pay utilities and $390.00 and you pay utilities and you have BIG LOTS we have a 34 foot with 2 sliders the the electric is about $90.00 to $100.00 per month with 2 AC on all the timepeople who own it are the nicest people it is a very very safe and quiet place to live and they keep it very clean and will put any trouble maker right out on a 1 to 10 would give them a 9 it would be a 10 if they had a pool you will in no way regret staying here.
Don't know what 50 Amp sites is, sorry. Yes they have yearly rates and not sure what they are. I rent from someone that has a trailer in here so not sure. You can call and they can give you more information.
