My friend just moved in there. She loves it. Management has been helpful. It's quiet. The community center is clean and can be used by any resident Close to shopping Snow removal comes as part of the lease!

My sister lives there and you own your home but you rent the land which includes the clubhouse and the ammeneties. Not for sure on their land rent prices cause they offer at different prices on how big the lots are. $350 to 510 or so

Do accept dogs? How much of a down payment would I need to buy a single wide in your park?
