Was not even there a month and was asked to leave. He had bicycles on the back of his truck and said that they were stolen and said that he had the video to prove it. And he didn't even give me the rest of my money because we were not their a month. I would not recommend this place for nothing

I have lived here for over 4 years I think they have some 50 Amp the rent just went up it like $490.00 and they pay utilities and $390.00 and you pay utilities and you have BIG LOTS we have a 34 foot with 2 sliders the the electric is about $90.00 to $100.00 per month with 2 AC on all the timepeople who own it are the nicest people it is a very very safe and quiet place to live and they keep it very clean and will put any trouble maker right out on a 1 to 10 would give them a 9 it would be a 10 if they had a pool you will in no way regret staying here.
