I been here 3 years John is a really good guy the park is peaceful it's really sad that some reviews are from name calling judgemental people when they don't even know someone so ignore the slandering from one star yelpers so what if someone is a little down on their luck doesn't mean they are bad people or on drugs John doing the best he can nicest guy ever

We were lucky to get close to the bathroom shower building so Yeah, but, neighbors all around us cuss and yell, dogs yelping all day and night. Bathrooms are atrocious at times, women are disgusting. Women, learn to flush the toilet, don't try to flush tampons, and don't clog up the shower with your hair.

No there is not a fire pit at each site although on the tent camp sites i believe you can dig a small pit or John the owner may have one of the little round metal pan fire pits or you can bring one
Bring your own camper, John does NOT allow subleasing, any rentals seen here are NOT legal. John rents a few double wides and 1 upstairs apartment, but all were full.
Yes you can stay year round.
It's pretty full right now. The owner doesn't do a lot of technology stuff. No cell phone, and will probably never see this. It's best to call. We've been here 10 months. It was $440 a month the first 6 months, now it's $400 a month, because we're considered permanent. Plus you pay power and random occasional costs incurred by maintenance errors that won't be reimbursed.

Yes you can call the main office and speak to john or ed and they can tell you more about them
It just depends on the spot most of them are 98 dollers a week
