From my experience, the main act never starts at the "show starts" time.
Always later than show time by hours it seems. Not sure about opening band
Depends on who is playing. Bigger names usually have only one opener if any at all.
Depending on how many bands there are playing. In This Moment had three bands before them, so the show started at 5:30.. they hit the stage about 9 pm
