You can take toddler...but i would not. Standing only....outside venue....lots of smoking.
No sure, but there is a lot of smoking & drinking going on, plus loud music. Not a safe environment for toddlers.
I dont think they allow minors. Its a bar. I know i tried to take my 2 teens to the Awol Nation concert there once and they were not allowed. 18+ only i was told.
