Yes we do take Humana. Also Medicare, VSP, EyeMed, Medicaid, VCP, Spectera, and most insurances. We have a beautiful state of the art office and a friendly, caring staff. We have an 800 frame optical and fit contact lenses as well. We also treat eye disease and eye infections.
No we do not.
Yes we do take BCBS for medical eye treatments and for annual exams on many of the various BCBS plans.
