I also buy mine in advance I have seen the line to purchase and it was every bit of an hour wait. so I was told.
I would buy tickets before hand or have em waiting for you at roll call. They have a window but i wouldn't take the chance and have em sell out
There is a ticket window right next to the main gate ,it usually opens just prior to the gates opening for that show unless the show is sold out .
They have a small box office
Jannus does not have a box office. You can either purchase online or go to Daddy Kool Records and/or Detroit Liquor Store in St. Pete to purchase "hard tickets". NOTE: Hard tickets are not available for all concerts.

I believe they can only be purchased online. I did not see a box office.
You will have to go online. However Daddy Kool Records because they sell tickets for State Theatre and I thought maybe they did for Jannus as well.
