You keep your keys unless you choose valet parking.
Most of the time you may keep your keys. I park here 1-3 times per month. During busy times, it may be valet parking only. The cars parked perpendicular to the rows blocking those cars? Those are valet parked.
We park here on a regular basis, and NEVER had to leave our Keys!

I am pretty sure that you will need to leave your keys. Although they are building up a new space which will hold a lot more cars Their business is booming because they are great… They sometimes have to ship cars around when we are not there are.
