Get annual pass unless you are a tourist, if so even the cheapest parking will do, don’t spend more if you don’t have to, they all lead to the same place.

No and its a long walk to the Parking garage . Valucaino Bay is a short walk from the park to the garage the people have them posted backwards because you can eaither go to the right for Universal or left for Valcaino Bay when you pull in at the front gate.

The parks are open from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. City walk until 2:00 am. We would arrive 1/2 hour before the parks opened and the parking lot was already working.
