Call them directly
Also take pictures of your car before you leave if you valet or they force you to due to it being full. Had some trouble with just thr valet.
If you didnt pre pay you will only be charged for the time your vehicle is there
If you haven't paid shouldn't be an issue, just get there and tell the cashier, they are lovely people.
