Staff are VERY friendly and helpful! I was called to be notified that our pick up driver was running a little behind due to traffic and he was still able to pick us up quicker than expected. Would use them again in the future!

Frequent flyer and park here often. Lately the AC on the trucks has made for a very uncomfortable commute and most of the new employees are less friendly and helpful than employees of th past.

During holidays, I would say yes you need a reservation. I always do, but it's not required. You get to lock in your price if you reserve ahead of time. Hope that helps.
I was told that you don't need a reservation by the attendant the last time I parked there
I always drive 2 hours before my flight but I give myself another hour for the arrival parking lot cuz you have to check into the parking lot park your car that usually takes anywhere from 5 210 minutes for the bus to pick you up then you have to go to the airport you could be the first or the last stop which doesn't take long but I give myself a total of 3 hours

Koran. I work at Park Bark and fly I'm happy to help you. Don't worry about changing your time on your reservation just show up. Once you get there you park at the first parking spot that is open and stand behind your vehicle, A driver will come and pick you up. Once he picks you up he will give you a parking slip it will have the information of the space that you parked at. It will also have the phone number that you need to call us to pick you up. On the back of the slip it will have the information where you have to meet the driver to be picked up upon your return. I hope this helps you

At this time we offer tractor parking only, we cannot offer the tractor and trailer parking. We do apologize for this inconvenience and hope to offer it again soon. We can take most rigs under 50 feet. Due to turning constraints on the lot at this time we are having to turn away tractor trailers.
