I have had nothing but great experiences with Starling in Enfield. I have been seeing Dr Morosky as my OB for about 4 years now and he is beyond amazing. He was the first OB to take me seriously when I was in immense pain and he diagnosed me with endometriosis and laid out a plan for me and got me on shots to help and then told me what the plan was afterwards and the plan if the shots did not work. He also performed a surgery for me and he was nothing short of amazing yet again. Alexa Swan is my PCP and she is extremely thorough. She always takes the time to listen to you and she explains things in ways that you will understand. When she is done with what she is ready to set as your treatment plan, she asks if you have any questions and if everything that she has laid out sounds good to you. And if you ever have any questions, just reach out and she will get back to you, and she always does. When I get blood work (which is often), her medical assistant always calls me back very promptly after the results are in and explains them to me. I am so grateful to have the providers I do and I will not be changing unless they leave the practice. Thank you Alexa and Dr Morosky!

They’re terrible! I contracted Covid and called for a prescription. Got a call back two hours later with the person telling me my APRN was out of the office and they could not prescribe any thing without seeing me in person. She then said they would set up a teleconference for the next day. Really???!! What’s worse is that I had called three days prior for my wife (who had Covid and gave it to me) and they called in a prescription for her.

I recently switched PCPs after seeing the same doctor since I was 12 because I was feeling sick for so long and now it’s gotten to the point where it’s difficult for me to function. I’m a healthy active mom who was desperate for someone to help me after being ignored or mistreated. I am so lucky to have found the APRN, Gabriel B. I’ve been a nurse for 15 years and have dealt with many offices and physicians and they/she is by far the most compassionate and proactive. I made more progress in two weeks than I had with my last PCP of 20 years. My husband switched to Dr Starkey and he has had the same fantastic experience. I’m so glad I made the switch. Joanne, the patient care associate is also extremely helpful and reliable. I know there are some negative reviews on here but I doubt they are referring to the internal medicine physicians at Starling.

I would suggest that you call your insurance carrier to see if the practitioner is participating with your specific plan.
