Anyone ever had your car or jeep in for service but not done right and had to go else where.? And been lied to about it.?

I’m currently having issues w my repair that wasn’t done correctly. Still working toward resolution.

This dealership is nothing but a scam. They tell you what you need to hear at the time and are full of nothing but lies. I have never had such an unprofessional experience buying a vehicle. This dealership including the body shop are nothing but shady crooks. Will never ever step foot on their lot again. I can’t even begin to measure the amount of headache and stress this place has caused me.

MY JEEP CHEROKEE HAS BEEN AT THIS DEALERSHIP FOR 2 MONTHS NOW, I DROVE THE VEHICLE IN FOR A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT,, WHICH WAS DIAGNOSED FOR A BAD OIL PUMP,, ( EHAN THE MECHANIC) HAS SCREWED MY JEEP UP, AND NOW IT WON'T GO OVER 20 MPH AND THEY CANNOT FIGURE OUT WHAT'S WRONG WITH IT BUT REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY I HAVE SPOKEN TO THE MANAGER SCOTT ,,WHO WAS RUDE UNCARING AND UNPROFESSIONAL,,, I EVEN LEFT MORE THAN A HALF DOZEN MESSAGES FOR MANAGER ( MICHAEL) ,, BUT HAVE YET RECEIVED A CALL. THEY CHANGED ME TO HAVE THEY VEHICLE DIAGNOSED BACK IN JULY WHEN I TOOK IT IN, NOW THAT THE MECHANIC HAS SCREWED IT UP AND THE TRUCK WON'T GO OVER 20 MPH THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME FOR ANOTHER DIAGNOSIS ON TOP OF WHATEVER REPAIRS IS TO COME. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WITH ANY DEALERSHIP OR MECHANIC SHOP, THESE PEOPLE REFUSE TO TAKE OWNERSHIP FOR DAMAGING MY VEHICLE AND STILL CANNOT FIGURE OUT WHY IT WON'T GO OVER 20 MPH NOW.

Once we took my wife's 2500 in for service and a mechanic rip out a plug wire and lied about it , but after a slight confrontation management made the issue right.
