They advertised a 2018 Grand Cherokee for 31,699. We drove it...sat down and they added $2300 for recondition feeds and $295 for a 2nd key!! We said no thanks and left. Two days later they lowered the price $800. We called back expecting to get closer on the deal..nope...they added $800 to the recondition fee...sort of like moving the goal post. These guys are cheats and crooks....STAY AWAY!!

Look, these clowns at these dealerships play games. I worked at Lakeland Chrysler and they tell people from a thousand miles away that the car that they are looking at online is on the lot and hurry up because it's the last one. When the customer gets there bingo the car is sold but let me show u this one it's a little more but. It would not surprise me if they damaged it on purpose to try and make u keep the vehicle you got from them. Look they all play this game. All dealerships. Do yourself a favor and utube on car scames at dealerships before u buy any car and u will know what to and not to do and pay for.

Never had a bad experience. The manager Mike Rago has an excellent team of technicians working at this shop. They can be busy at times when servicing your car but at the end of the day they, they got it right the first time.

Go to the bank. Don't let these clowns get involved in your financial stuff. Buy the car as a cash out the door price with out all those made up fees be careful and ck those fees with the state because the make them up and take your money. Like a delivery fee and fee to put gas in it and to get it ready for u all that is BS just to get more money.

For the love of everything good. Go some other place not here. You also know that the will do e erything they can to tell u that u need this and that. They get a bonus for up sales if u need it or not. They bank on you being a know nothing about cars kind of person.i worked here for two years. I am telling u they suck. They are part replacers. They keep changing parts until they find the right one and then tell you after they charge u for all those parts that they were all bad. I worked in parts. When I sat take your car someplace else I am not just saying it.
