It depends on which one you visit. Customer service is great at some but lacking at a few I have visited. Blame this on management, because if you have several issues at the same branch...it is a lack of training and follow through. I just visited one last week and the girl who serviced me...rolled her eyes when I asked for a Money Order and then gave it to my daughter...also my employee... to deposit in her account...she must have assumed I was stupid and did not know I could do an across account transactions without the $3 fee...but I preferred a paper check for a paper trail to go to my accountant. It probably irked her that it was 15 minutes to bank close time, but I still made it out of the drive thru on time. Today, I did the same thing again....at any other branch they give you a receipt for all transactions... along with a envelope for mailing....this branch does not...I guess they are saving trees.
