Let's just say we are looking at moving banks. It's takes DAYS for them to do an over draft fee to the point that you forget it happened and when you get another deposit and bills come out... oh here comes MidFlorida nearly a week later to pull for overdraft causing another overdraft that they'll charge you for. Horrible service, out for money. FIND ANOTHER BANK cause the over draft protection isn't to help.

I have had an account for 10 years at mid Florida. After waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru they received my request to break $100 bill and said they were taking care of it. 10 minutes later they said they can only do it if I’m a member there. I told them I was then they asked for my license and said they can’t find my account so I can either give them my social or they can’t help me. I will be transferring all of my money to another bank.

This bank is an absolute joke! I set up an account based off what the man told me and I thought it would be a good bank! Boy was I wrong!! Found out all these other policies that the man who set up my account failed to tell me and it has financially made me drown! I’m going to close my account today!!!
