Try looking her up if she's a nurse or a doctor or specialist they usually have their profiles on the Duke web site. A if you just started working she may not be up there yet so you may want to ask her parents what department she works in and you can send it directly to that department

Call Duke HR and they will te you where she is there. Thsts sweet of you
