Spectrum, please fire whoever you have managing here and appoint someone who understands how to manage busy stores that require wait times and specialty services. The way this store is laid out and how employees are taught to work together is disappointing at best. Also turnover time for customers is disappointing as well. Maybe better employee training as well. My experience made me want to switch providers just on principle.

You can return it at the Store[appointment recommend] or drop it off at any UPS Store in the US.[No cost at all, UPS will box it,label it,ship it back for you. I hope this help!
We got our phones last week and the young lady did it all in store for us. From past experience most cell phones should walk you through step by step if the company activated the phone at purchase. If it don't maybe go back in to the store or call customer service(from a landline maybe) and see if they can help. Good luck.
Had a long wait! If it's your first time going there, you won't know to sign in. We just stood there a while until another customer told us we had to sign in, but no employee said anything til much later as far as people needing to sign in. Two employees came back from lunch and that definitely helped, but the wait was long and people that came after us got called first. Maybe they had an appt????
