They did that to us too. Don't trust them! Our house didn't pass inspection for almost 2 years. I finally called the city because we planned on breaking our lease and they sent me 2 pages of violations. They had us living there illegally. You're not allowed to live in a place that can't pass city inspection. They also tried to make us pay all kinds of irrelevant fees like not mowing our grass before moving out in December and not removing a satellite dish that didn't exist. We got our deposit back cause the inspector said the house was a nuisance to the city. Just don't trust them! I will never sign another lease with them again.
I haven't had anything but good experience with PPMG. W signed a two year lease knowing that our rent will increase 50.00 for the second year. It was in our rental agreement.
