The store is very nice and clean. The staff were quite rude and unfriendly. I had the only person working there call the police on me for some reason. He told them I was belligerent, but that's because he wasn't doing his job very well. Glad to get out of there alive.

Tim was fantastic. I had a problem were my home number was designed for my cell phone. Over two days on the phone with tech mobile and everyone else except the president they could not fix my problem. Took it to the Southlake store and in about 5-8 minutes,Tim had solved everything. So it is my opinion not to waste your time calling tech mobile support and everyone else. Go to the Spectrum store.
