I need to speak to someone in person. Calls daily=20-40x's. 6 weeks w/no income. Suffering memory loss by head trauma, I struggle remembering e-mail/passwd, etc. What's Best possible way to get live person's assist w/access to vital info I've not?

They are now open M-F at the counter. This is for DISABILITY ONLY though, not unemployment. The people who work there can only help with state disability claims.

To be honest, you have to call and make an appointment or keep calling the EDD number. There is no point showing up in person without one
